Be sure to receive the CRcode. I got an invalid barcode. I never received the CRcode. Forced to repay the entrance fee

What an amazing place! Never mind the Accademia and the Uffizi - make sure you see this museum. The way the art is displayed (especially the bronze fourteenth century doors, but also the Michelangelo and Donatello etc) is outstanding - this is what a museum should look like. One tiny complaint - the cafeteria is quite small and outside the museum itself, which is rather bizarre! But a small point really.

It did not work, too complicated to get tickets. I paid 70€ for nothing! Nobody understood and knew anything how to convert my ticket.

Minimal crowds. Interesting story about the operations of the Duomo. This museum has a modern feel, but is filled with ancient artifacts. Kind of a nice, unique place to visit.

I always wanted to visit Florence since I was a kid when I played the Assasins Creed game that take places there. Florence didn't dissapoint me one bit. There was some trouble with my audio guide but I was able to fix it in no time with the help of the customer care.

Three venues and audio tours at such a price is borderline a bargain. The museum is a true marvel, regretfully the Baptistery is closed but it was nice to still be able to learn about it from the audio tour. Will be coming back when the Baptistery is opened.

Both of these sights are definitely worth seeing but the audio portion of the tour did not work. My husband and I have the same type of phone. He could get internet access for the audio tour standing only in the doorway of the museum; I couldn't get it at all and neither of us could get the audio tour of the bapistery to work on our phones. Internet in Italy is not the greatest and there were numerous tourists who could not get their audio tours to work. You were also required to download the app prior to arrival and the downloading took over 1/2 hour. I was mostly disappointed because I prefer to have a tourguide explaining what I am looking at. Without this, visiting these great sights is not as meaningful for me. If I knew the audio tour wasn't going to work, I would have made other plans for a live tour guide but now it was too late. So disappointing. They offered to refund a portion of the price but still I was left without a tourguide. My advise: pay for tickets for the Opera del Duomo at the door (no lines) and purchase their audio tour devise (you will need to show ID). Visit the Baptistery late in the day to avoid long lines. It is small and doesn't take long to tour it. Better yet, find a tour that has a live tour guide.

Great Tour, I really enjoyed it! Very fun and interesting stories. I was not tired with overflowing information, they kept it just right. The Baptistery is a must-visit when in Florence. Overall, an amazing experience!
