From the time we deplaned our international flight from Doha our driver pressured us to hurry because he had limited time to wait. We went as fast as we could but there is nothing we could do about long distance from the gate to immigration, the long immigration line, as well as the time it took to get our luggage. He kept telling us we were over the time allotted for pickup but we stressed to him we were not responsible for how long it took to get from the plane to arrivals. You would think an airport transfer company would be experienced enough to get the timing of this right but this was not the case. Not recommended.

Adil was friendly and pleasant. Kept in contact with us prior to departure and upon arrival so we always knew where we were. Gave good advice to us about places to see and shop in Dubai. Great experience 👍

I had booked a luxury sedan. Was told it would be a Lincoln or comparable. What I got was a KIA mini van. Nothing luxury about it. It had dings that in the body. Not leather interior and used water bottles. Couldn’t even print a page with my name but a free had sharpy. I could have gotten an Uber XL for 30.00. Terrible waste of my money.

You booked a luxury sedan expecting a Lincoln or similar, and getting a Kia minivan instead is completely unacceptable. The dings on the body, non-leather interior, and leftover water bottles are details that should've never slipped through our quality checks. And the printer not working properly, having only a Sharpie on hand – that's just not up to par. We understand you could've opted for an Uber XL for a fraction of the cost, and it must feel like a terrible waste of your money. We'll be looking into this pronto, making sure to address all these issues with our team so this doesn't happen again. We'd like to make it right for you – please reach out to us directly so we can figure out a way to refund or compensate you appropriately. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we're determined to turn this around.
No one showed up. We had to take an Uber. The plane was 10 minutes later and we also waited 30 minutes. So I would like a refund. Thank you Michael Paul

Punctual, courteous and respectful. Picked up promptly at airport and taken safely to destination. Driver ensured our luggage was secured and gave us a brief introduction to th country and the we are taking.

The flight was delayed. I called to notify Viator of the change of time. Then the plane was delayed in getting to the gate. After clearing immigration and customs, we exited and looked for our name. No driver. Wasted money. Unlikely they will refund my money.

was hard to locate tour rep, but once found the rep everything went smoothly. should not insist say more.

Less than desired. Waited close to 20 minutes for driver to arrive at pickup. When we arrived at the hotel the driver waited around for a tip. Not sure why one (1) would expect a tip for substandard service. Lastly, the photo of car used is for marketing only we were sent a minivan. Nothing wrong w minivan but not what’s advertised.
