Wow what a fab trip if you are lucky enough to have Johnny as your guide you are in for a real taste of Toronto and such a fun day covering many great attractions and points of interest. A fab tour with the best guide and small group of people. Johnny was excellent and gave informative fun facts on a wonderful city tour, Sunday was a great day to choose as traffic was light and Johnny was an amazing driver with great care and attention to detail without being too much. Our travel tour companions bonded immediately thanks to the experience and fun Johnny truly made for one of the best tours we have experienced.
Great guide with lots of fun facts about the city. CN tower has the best view of the city. Boat cruise gave us a different area to see.
We ended up being the only group on the tour and we rode around in a mini van. That wast bad, but we did not get to go to the St Lawrence Market because it closed at 5. I mentioned this to the driver hoping he would take us there first but he assured us it was open late. It wasn’t. When we got to the boat ride, he gave us the ticket and I noticed we had missed our time to board. He was able to talk to someone to get us on the next boat. I fell like someone doing a tour should be more on top of times the attractions are open/closed.
Worst experience - requires meeting downtown Toronto where no parking exists. Tour guide doesn't know Toronto well. I'm from US and I knew more about Toronto that he did. Guide had accent, hard to understan Wis we had a native Canadian. Guide picked up 5 senior citizens in a mini-van, uncomforable as hell! No recommendation at all! I could have used Uber to get to Cn Tower, the boat at the harbor and a trip to a market for much less money, and been more comfortable.
While the tour itself was as described, the tour guide was not as professional as he should have been. He was arguing with another ride share driver, and discussing his personal finances/business. It spent more time having personal conversations than talking about the city.

You get to see and do a ton in a four hour period. We had never been to Toronto so everything was new but in a short time we covered all the highlights. Johnny our guide was fantastic!

Firstly the tour started 1&1/2 hours late due to “traffic” The tour guide rarely spoke unless asked a question. He dropped us off at CN Tower but did not accompany us so we were on our own. The boat ride was the best part. Otherwise he just drove us around with very little conversation

We had a great tour guide, Johnny. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The CN Tower was interesting and the market had lots of food options. The boat around the harbor was ok but we should have done the walking tour around the islands.

Our tour guide was good. The van was clean and he even provided us with bottles of water. The tour was on a Sunday after a Jays game so the traffic made the tour short. The boat cruise was just ok. The guide knew her stuff but spoke too fast. TheCN Tower was a Bucket list item and was a great experience.
