Junior was an excellent guide, he texted me when i cancelled the tour (bcoz my child was reflected as an infant so i cancelled and rebooked), and when he realised its a kid not an infant, he even brought along a booster seat, without me even requesting! He even offered to pick us up from the hotel because we were the only ones who signed up for the tour that day, also adjusted the time to better suit my kid. He was our first real guide who told us about the history of the area, which led us to appreciate the tour a lot more! He walked with us the whole way up and down the Palace, drove a little detour to let us see Belem when he heard we wouldnt be seeing it, took us to the best viewpoints, used his camera to take great pictures of us(of which he promptly sent me the next day), even knelt down to take better pictures of us multiple times! I cannot tell u how we appreciate Junior, he was respectful, responsive and polite, yet also professional and did his job well! Im very glad we signed up for the tour and feel very blessed it became a private tour just for us, coz we got him all to ourselves and had a very enjoyable day! Also note that this was the only tour ive seen that also includes Azenhas Sea which is amazing to me, you should also try the cafe Junior recommended for homemade food, their cod fish fried rice was awesome, their staff even more awesome!

A very good experience, we love the accompaniment of all the route indicated with Mr Agenor, super attentive, friendly, polite. He told us the stories of the locals. We saw the palace of the pen in Sintra, Cape of the Rock, mouth of hell amazing places to know and also have this experience with family or friends. Thanks for everything

Walking through the mouth of hell, seeing the charming Palacio da Pena and exploring the various beaches of the area was an unforgettable experience. Each place had its own energy, from the stunning force of the sea hitting the rocks to the almost surreal magic of the palace on top of the mountain. But what really made all the difference was having Agenor as a guide. Extremely punctual, organized and, above all, passionate about what he does, he managed to turn every stop into something much more special. It wasn’t just a walk, it was like traveling in time through the stories he told, always with detail, enthusiasm and an impressive knowledge. The way he explained each point aroused even more curiosity, gave the desire to stay there for hours just listening. Without a doubt, it was of those experiences in which the guide not only accompanies, but completely elevates the tour.

The day was wonderful, the vehicle very clean and comfortable, the guide very experienced and attentive, we were very satisfied super recommend.

Such a fun inclusive day! We were able to do so much in a single day and ride in comfort to all the sights! We got lucky and ended up being the only ones on the tour. Agenor was so friendly and knowledgeable and even picked us up and dropped us off right at our Airbnb.
