Fantastic Tour with an Amazing Guide!
We had such a great experience on our Big Bus tour in Miami! Ronet Blanc was an amazing guide — he was really fun, friendly and made the whole tour so enjoyable. He was also very informative and shared lots of interesting facts and information about Miami. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he was doing, which made the experience even better.

Great tour! But…
This was a lot of tour for the money. All three tours were great! However…
- The meet-up was difficult to find. The two addresses given are for Bayfront Park and neither will get you to the correct spot. The directions said “kiosk just south of Ben’s Pizza” but there are two Ben’s within 300’ of another. You will want the Ben’s KIOSK, not the main location in the center. Go to intersection of Biscayne and NE 4 St. and you’ll see the Big Bus kiosk nearby.
- The tour description said it was five hours long and we wondered how all could be done in that amount of time. We did all 3 segments back to back and it took over nine hours.
- The bus to the Everglades had little to no air conditioning on a day where a heat warning was issued. Very uncomfortable and the round trip is close to 90 minutes. Other buses may have had better A/C.

Wonderful experience
Our guide, Armando, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. We also had a travel scooter for my mother, Big Bus Tours was very accommodating. Set up for the accommodation was quick and easy.

Great tour!!
Mr. Blanc was great guide and driver.
The tour in the water with Mr.Ron was great. We spotted aligators and birds and had a great show when we came back.
