A very good experience. Would do again, but possibly not with this company. Airboat was great, fun and alligator talk was really informative.
It’s a 5 hour tour, however we were back within 4 hours. Wristbands were given out saying 1pm departure. On bus no different time was announced. Told to take belongings. As we thought we had an hour we ordered food at the stand, however was called back to bus, meaning we couldn’t eat. Got back on the bus.
Rude bus driver told us if we wanted to sit together for return we should have left something in our seats or been back on time - we were in time, had we been told correctly in the first instance.

Hard to describe 😭
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any alligators in the water. Anyway, our bus driver Ulesis was nice 👍
