Worst Experience Ever
Worst experience ever. Buyer beware that the information provided by the tour operator is not accurate and they are not reachable by chat or number provided. We booked this in the afternoon with the expectation that we could do all of this in one day as we travel home the next day. We attempted to contact the tour operator to confirm the meeting point at 10 am via email and didn’t get a response by noon so we proceeded to call. The phone number just rings and then finally stops. No one ever picks up. We exchanged messages with viator who basically tell us that they are waiting to hear from the tour operator. They also do not get a response until well after the tour is set to begin. When we arrived promptly at the meeting point advertised at 2pm. we were told that in order to have been able to do all 3 parts of the tour we would have to have arrived at 9 am. No where was this information stated and further if that is the case then why would the reservation state 2pm - 10pm. I am still fighting with viator and tour operator for my money back!

Terrible tour instructions on Memorial Day NO FUN holiday
Terrible instructions unclear when we waited at 9am at the location but nobody showed up up for the guide so we totally missed the Everglades! Mad !

Miami triple combo
Great time! Did the Everglades tour but surprisingly the topless Miami bus tour was really quite good too. The boat cruise also to see the islands and stars homes was great.

Great time with lots of new information
Really nice experience with a good drive on the way there the driver name was Ronet such a nice informative fun lively guy! Wonderful time at the Everglades with some experts that definitely know their stuff!

Great combo
Fantastic combo But nothing was explained, We got on the bus to the Everglades,no problem,when that finished there was no explanation as to were to pick the boat up for the island cruise.All the driver was worried about was the tips, as he mentioned it a few times Great value for money, but needs to be a bit more clear.

Poor communication
We booked this 3 part tour and only got one part of it. The guide did not speak English despite booking an English speaking option. When trying to contact operator, got no response. We paid for 3 things and got one only. We tried also to “hop on” the bus and were told our QR ticket was invalid.
