The workshop was very informative, providing a lot of knowledge about cocoa itself. Particularly the tasting of the raw beans, their different flavors, and specific differences was highly interesting! Great workshop, a wonderful alternative to the usual visits to typical "big" manufacturers!

I would recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested in learning about chocolate. Not just how it is made but where it comes from. I found it to be really informative. The instructor Alejandro is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience on his back from years prior. And of course you get to make chocolate to take home. Great experience overall highly recommend.
