We had two cars picking us up at two different times, as we were on different return flights to the US. One car had to pick one of us up at 4:20 AM. They were wonderful, and arrived early! The passenger was late getting downstairs, and they waited patiently. I was then to be picked up at 9:20 AM. The car never showed. The hotel called for me, and Servantrip could not resolve the issue. I had to frantically get a taxi to the airport, which the hotel helped me to do. However, I am still giving a five star rating because my money was refunded in less than 24 hours. Everyone can make a mistake, and this mistake was handled promptly and easily.

Definitely recommend!
Our driver was about 20 minutes early for our transfer to BCN, which was great as we were all concerned about getting to the airport in sufficient time for our international flight. We rode in comfort and our driver was very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
