Service was great. Our driver was wonderful and very friendly. Picked us up on time. Greated us at the meeting point
Thank you for sharing your seamless experience with our service! We're delighted to hear that everything went smoothly and that your driver was friendly and punctual. Your kind words mean a lot to us. We hope to serve you again on your next trip!
I booked and paid for a transfer on the TripAdvsor website with VIATOR who sublet the service to TAXI2SPAIN! Someone called José from 7 Transfers got in touch shortly after booking asking for details, but on the day of the transfer I sent him a WhatsApp and there were no responses...Booking 1097487591..the transfer didn't show up and no one spoke and I couldn't find one. Email to request a refund. My advice is to take a taxi, which is much cheaper and available at the exit from the airport! A lot of irresponsible companies that pass on the service and no one takes responsibility...
We had an absolutely miserable experience. Our driver today had our flight informtion and still dropped us off at the wrong terminal. After searching for our airline we were told that ryan air was in terminal 2. We called ou driver and he said he would pick us up if we send him our location which we did. He said wait so we waited and then we texted him and asked how long he would be. He said we would have to take a shuttle that he was already in the city. He was a complete jerk and that is being nice!
We're deeply sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with your driver. Providing accurate and timely service is of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we will investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
I would have rated 5 stars if my driver from the airport to hotel was more attentive. I had to ask him to take my luggage to the car & he left me on the sidewalk rather than bring my bags in. Driver to the airport was great! Came into the hotel to take my bags & walked me to the entrance.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the inconsistency in service you experienced with your airport transfer. It's disappointing to hear that your driver was not as attentive as expected during your arrival transfer. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll address this issue internally to ensure that all our drivers provide consistent and attentive service to our customers. We're glad to hear that your departure transfer was more positive and that the driver provided excellent service. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Driver was professional. Arrived early for return to airport. Great experience both trips. A great way to plan transfers having round trip instead of having to book each way. I feel Viator should have airport transfers as a separate category in its filter.
I am a travel agency owner and I was very impressed with our private transfer service. Waseem was our driver and he called me while we were waiting in customs/immigration in Barcelona to check on us! It was such a comfort to have a connection to someone after a long flight. He was very courteous and had great insight and info about Barcelona. I have no problem using him and his company for future bookings for my clients!
This was easy very clean nice to have a driver very good he was wuick with the luggage I would use them again
Excellent communication, Nice clean van , Same driver both ways - He was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
Thank you very much for sharing your recent experience with Indus Pickups.
