They made it right!
We did a take out order, got home took one bite and it was awful. Chicken strips were dry and hard as a brick! Tried to call and was on hold for 20 minutes. Gave up. The next day I was driving down S. Westnedge and I had the receipt with me so I stopped and shared my experience. No apology was given but she did give me full refund and I was offered banana pudding but I had an appointment and couldn't accept. They made it right (with the exception of an apology!). She also explained that the phone number on the receipt is their headquarters, not the local store. Well that is a bit frustrating!
