This class was an excellent excursion for me! I like to cook and I like to eat just as much. The two pastas we made by ourselves with step by step instructions were delicioso and having the tiramisu for dessert (that we made ourselves) was really special. I am now motivated to start using the pasta machines I already have at home as soon as I get back! The gelato portion of the class is just a tasting - I am hoping to learn how to make that at home someday too... This is one of the best values that is presented on Tripadvisor! Our instructor was great and walked us through each step of the process... and she did all the cleanup!!! Her English language skills created a very warming atmosphere. There was only 3 people in our class, myself (USA) and a couple from Australia. The class is presented in a restaurant away from the crowd and quiet. I walked to the location from where I was staying in Bari. I think this would be a great class for older kids too.

Good job done. Relaxed about 3.5 hours. Chef worked actively with each of 8 group members. Food product was excellent . We were very satisfied. Would suggest the class members be asked to introduce and provide a small vignette about themselves.

Hosted in the back of a noisy Italian restaurant, this cooking class fell well short of our expectations—especially compared to a fantastic, immersive class we took in Sicily a few days prior. Our host, Vivien, was polite, but she was completely overwhelmed and double-booked, juggling our group alongside a separate pizza-making class at the same time. Because of this, Vivian's instruction was disorganized and piecemeal. She constantly shuttled between tables, giving us half-baked steps before disappearing for long stretches without explanation. We ended up learning very little about actual cooking techniques or the cultural history behind the dishes. To cap off an already frustrating experience, she was quite pushy at the end, pressuring us to leave a review on the spot before we could even leave.

One of our favorite experiences in Bari! From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel completely welcome. She was warm, engaging, patient, and made the entire experience so much fun. The food was absolutely delicious, but what made the day truly special was the experience itself—learning to prepare authentic Italian dishes together, laughing around the table, and getting to know the other couples in our class. By the end, it felt less like a cooking class and more like sharing a wonderful meal with new friends. It was such a fun and memorable way to experience the food, culture, and hospitality of Bari. We left with full stomachs, happy hearts, and some wonderful memories from our time in Italy. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bari! 🇮🇹❤️🍝

We had an active and great evening. Viviane was an excellent guide for us through tiramisu making and pasta making (ravioli and tagliatelle).

We had so much fun! Our Guide/Chef, Nicola was entertaining and knowledgeable. We made ravioli and linguine for our main course and tiramisu for dessert. Afterwards, we capped the night with a stop at a gourmet gelato spot nearby with Nicola. Dinner was great and included prosecco and wine. Highly recommend!

We booked last minute and found them very accommodating. Antonella was our chef/guide. She did a great job. We had fun making pasta and tiramisu. The food tasted excellent. We then were taken to a local Gelateria to taste authentic Gelato. What a great way to spend a few hours while in Bari!

This class was amazing! Anto was the best guide. Definitely recommend this if you are visiting Bari do not miss out on this experience.
