The worst part of my week vaction was taking this tour. The transportation van that picked me and my partner up at our hotel was dirty and dingy. The way to the “activities” was so bumpy and man made it was scary. My partner and I bought 2 tickets together and the description never said it was a shared ATV but the workers said it was shared and wanted extra money for individual ATVs. If you want your own ATV but tickets separately and it’s not a lower cost to share an ATV. The zipline was 4 lines only, not worth it. The cenotes was the best part of this tour and even then it wasn’t the best I’ve seen. They fed us 1 quesadilla which was literally a snack! Don’t book with this company!!!

Amazing! Everyone was so nice and made the experience great for us. Special shout out to Jaguar and all of the team to be so nice to give us a tequila tasting. Very organized! Definitely worth it! Last but not least. The cenote!!!! Omg a beauty! Don’t think twice. Book!

I couldn’t stop smiling all day. My favorite part was swimming through the most beautiful denote to get to our cliff dive.
Ok soo it was my first time ATV-ing, zip lining, and jumping into a cenote. I was scared but the team made it really easy and fun! Danny was our main guide and he was super chill, I appreciated that everyone was so mellow. Fun for little kids and older adults too! Food was also yummy. We did buy the photo package … and why not? When is the next time you’ll be out in the middle of nowhere with your family? That was the only drawback it was a hell of a drive … a bit longer than expected so plan accordingly. Our hotel was a bit far, so we had nearly 2 hours ride there and 2 hours back. Frustrating, but in the end, worth it. Tip for the driver: a bottle of water or some little thing for the guests during the long ride would go a long way.
The guides made the tour extremely fun and adventurous. Everyone was friendly and the lunch was delicious.
Jump in the cenote was a great experience scary and fun at the same time. Be careful on Atv's they are really fast.
