The activities were good, but, could have been done in a different order, I think it would be much better to do the ATV first as you get quite dusty, zipline and end with the cenote and tequila tasting, just my opinion. What wasn't good is that you're held hostage waiting to leave and subject to pan handling for almost an hour while watching cultural dancing, I found this quite disturbing and turned a good time into a terrible experience

2/10 experience. They don’t include fees on website so when you get there they will up charge you. You are not allowed to have ANYTHING with you during the activity, so you HAVE TO PURCHASE A LOCKER. When you get there, they will try to sell you a VIP package for an extra 50 dollars or so on top of the money that you already paid. The VIP is not worth it at all. My friend and I was looking forward to the Cenote part of the activity but we were only there for 15mins. They do have a photographer there taking pictures for a charge of course. We purchased the photo package for $79 but they charged my card more than that. Now that I am home in the States I’m not able to confront them so I have to go through my bank. The staff is very friendly but it’s not worth the extra money.

We were taken to and from our hotel in a van that had graphics over the windows such that we couldn't see out - a 1hr ride in each direction. All of this provider's vans are configured the same way. It was uncomfortable and at times felt unsafe because we couldn't see what was going on around us or where we were being taken. We were also charged an additional $10 for our transfer once we arrived, in addition to what was already paid through the Viator web site. We're surprised that Viator allows this.

My flight got delayed. I called you guys before transportation had departed and you guys still charge my card now I’m in Mexico and I gotta report my card. Horrible experience called you guys three times nobody answers. Then once you guys take the money, somebody answers and now I’m told that I won’t be getting $169 back because transportation came. Are you crazy? Ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend this to a dog.

My tour guide Alan was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was mostly good. I loved the cenote and Ziplining. The only complains I have are my pickup from my hotel was 20+ minutes late and I wish we could have gone faster on the ATVs

Alan did a great job! A great half day excursion and a reasonable cost. Would recommend

Very fun excursion. The cenote, zip line, and ATV were especially fun for my 9-year-old son. ATVing is especially fun when it has rained properly beforehand, then it becomes an exciting mud fest 😃

The place is highly over commercialized. Continuous attempts up sell you upgrades on additional packages, equipment, services, etc...

Fun and interesting day. Cons.. bus ride too/from the park was very uncomfortable and no air con, tried to upsell VIP experience as soon as we arrived (don’t bother - it’s no diff), lots of waiting around for activities, only 3 zip lines, food was very basic. Pros… guide was really good and helpful, plenty of time on the ATV and cenote (both great)
