I booked this excursion about 3 weeks before going to Cancun. I didn't hear anything from them. I did hear from a different excursion that I booked, so I was concerned not hearing from them. I reached out several times to Trip Advisor trying to get them to have the provider contact me on confirmation and pick up time/place and I heard nothing. When I arrived in Cancun, I still tried the day before the excursion and still heard NOTHING. I figured the excursion didn't get booked. I surely PAID for it though! On Wednesday, the day after the excursion was supposed to happen, I found on my Whatsapp a message sent the night before my excursion at 11:31 PM that they would meet me in the lobby of my hotel at 12:00pm. I obviously missed this message. They had several ways to contact me, they knew what hotel I was staying and Whatsapp at 11:31 pm the night before my excursion is the very first contact from them. I still have not received a refund. Trip Advisor should remove them, they are not reliable. Who knows how good or bad the excursion is, I didn't get to go!

It was quite a fun experience, very good care and a nice Mood, we will definitely visit again, if you are looking for something like this is the best option.

We chose a shared ATV, zip line, Cenote, and horseback riding. ATV ride was less than 30 mins going in circles, nowhere to see or go, just a plain back dirt road. The ATV are very hard to maneuver as they are not well taken care of, unless you luckily find a good one. We found a good one on the drive back from the Cenote ride as the group members just jump on random ATVs going back. During the ATV ride they do not allow you to carry your phone no matter if it tied to your etc, as they only wanttheir pictures taken. At this point they loose money because the picture prices are ridiculous. I have never been on a ATV ride and wasn’t allowed to take my own pictures especially on a shared ATV. I see why they do it but the prices should make more sense. As soon as we said no thank you of course they were bargaining non stop, as I still said no thank you. Cenote was amazing! Horse back ride was 20 mins maybe even 15 mins, in a circle between trees. Nothing exciting at all just rocky terrain for the horses to walk on with you. Zipline was fun!
