Chili was AMAZINGGGGGG! It was my first excursion, and I was a bit nervous. But what i genuinely appreciated was how attentive he was regarding SAFETY. Very adamant on making sure all of us were having a great time too! Such a great time! And get the PHOTO PACKAGE btw!

First time in Mexico This tour definitely enriched my entire experience. Well organized, coordinated and staff very helpful and receptive. The highlight of the tour however was our guide FLASH ⚡️vibrant energy really added to it made more enjoyable. Our tour guides, Nacho and Chili, were the best! They made my husband and I’s honeymoon trip extra special. The whole team was very friendly, entertaining, and caring. Will definitely recommend!
Would absolutely not do the whole thing again, you are not allowed to take pictures yourself and you are severely restricted. When riding the ATV, you only go in a few circles at a walking pace and the highlight is that at the end you are offered a few pictures for a price that is out of this world. Absolutely not recommended!! The "tour guide" Angel, as he calls himself, is also very unpleasant. I hope I was able to open a few people's eyes with this before they book it, because many here are pressured into giving a good review, making it look like it will be a high-quality adventure.

The activities are good; however, they are very careless with their equipment. The cenote is green, has pipes underneath, and leaves a metallic taste in your mouth. The ATVs stall constantly, their brakes do not work, and they smell extremely bad. They make you use the shin guards that the previous group used, so they are wet with sweat. In all the activities, they rush you too much; there was even a guy who was very rude. They sell chips for $200 MXN, they give you two very miserable tacos so that you pay more for a meal, and most importantly, they will tell you that you cannot use your cell phone "for safety," and in the end, they charged $800 MXN to buy all the photos. I find it quite dishonest, excessive in "additional" costs, and abusive.
