Jungle ATV experience was an overall fun day but felt like a tourist trap.
When we arrived we were upsold to the vip package for double the price of what we paid initially. With this we got a couple extra ziplines and private cenote, but it didn’t feel worth it overall, as we were then again upsold to get photos from the photographer (as they do not allow you to take your phone).
The food and tequila tasting was nice and the cenote was a good experience, however the atv riding was quite boring driving up and down the same road 5 times
The guides were still awesome but we overall felt like it was lacking a bit for the price we paid.

Family of 5
We had a good time, but there was a lot of confusion and everything felt rushed to get the most people through. Of course they try to up sell additional options when you get there, so be prepared for that, but they weren't pushy about it, so that was nice.
Everyone was friendly, but we didnt get to do the skywalk or the snacks which was supposed to be included. We left feeling underwhelmed for the price. Zipline was fun but very short and swimming at the beginning of the tour seemed out of place. We did enjoy the ATVs, but gain felt rushed through everything, Also a heads up, you cannot have your phone to take pictures or videos, except by the cenote, your only option is to buy photos from them.
When it was time to leave, all the exits were locked you have to wait for someone to let you out or wait for you bus to take you back whenever everyone's done. We drove ourselves and parked, thus the frustration when we were finished and couldn't leave without "permission" from a supervisor.

Excursions Must!
Went for a friends bachelorette party and we were a group of 11. Geo was our group leader and was incredibly patient and ensured we were safe and taken care of. We did all the things and the tequila tasting was a pleasant surprise and so Great! Thank you to the team for this memorable experience and all the memories!
