DO NOT BOOK THEY WILL SCAM YOU. they took our card for “insurance” and we had an ATM charge on the card shortly after, but we never went to an ATM. We also bought a bottle of tequila and the man “Ramon” said it was $65. he takes our card then we see a $92 transaction and they refused to refund us.
Ricky and his partner were great! We enjoyed every second of the atv ride! They show great energy and customer service.

It was fun but way too much money. A lot of hidden costs they don’t mention. Definitely don’t purchase the insurance(not necessary) also an xtra 150 for a personal tour.

They are never mandatory. For guests who opt out of insurance, a standard credit card authorization hold applies as protection for the equipment, exactly as outlined on our booking platform. We always strive to keep our base rates competitive while offering complete transparency on optional extras so our guests can build the exact experience they prefer. I would not recommend this tour. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting. After arriving, it took over an hour just to get everyone checked in and ready to go. The process felt disorganized from the start. The extra fees were also excessive. There is a $25 park entrance fee, and if you don’t pay in cash, they add an additional 16% processing fee. I’m also not sure what the park entrance fee was for, since the tour consisted of riding along the beach. They also charge extra for insurance. I declined it, so they asked to keep my credit card on file for liability purposes. At the end of the tour, they forgot to return my card. I didn’t realize it until I was already on the shuttle back to my hotel. If holding guests’ credit cards is part of their protocol, they need a reliable system to ensure they’re returned. Forgetting something as important as a customer’s credit card is unacceptable and reflects a lack of organization. The ATV ride itself was fun, but the 80 minutes of riding didn’t make up for all the waiting and inefficiency. The tequila tasting at the end felt like an afterthought. It was brief, rushed, and not well organized. By that point, I was just ready to leave. To top it off, the shuttle driver asked me for a tip as we arrived at my hotel. When he realized I didn’t have cash to tip him, he slammed the car door shut, visibly irritated, and drove away. It left a disappointing final impression. Overall, while the ATV ride was enjoyable, the poor organization, unexpected fees, mishandling of my credit card, and unprofessional service made the experience not worth the cost.
It was so fun! Come prepared with sunblock, bandana, and glasses and lots of water!! Also, $25 beach fee per person not included. Great ride with Alberto and Jose!!
Great experience and fun. Alberto and José were awesome. Very informative, funny and made sure we were safe. Just make sure to bring your own bottle water as it was extremely hot.
