What we got out of our adventure was beyond I expected. I cannot speak highly enough of our guide Pablo. He did an exceptional job translating English/Spanish so the entire group was included and engaging despite language barriers. The camels were precious, the scenery was stunning, and the grounds were beautiful. Lunch was lovely and the tequila tasting was so fun and more informative than I expected. I am so glad we decided to include this experience in our vacation.

The truth is it exceeded my expectations, they keep to the schedules, there is no downtime, you are always doing something. I’m sure this tour would have been amazing if I was able to participate. I booked this tour and was unable to put my Airbnb information in so I figured they don’t do pick ups unless it’s a hotel so I opted to meet them at the location. I’m not from Cabo and I’ve never been, since I’ve been in Cabo I’ve never had an issue with uber or getting somewhere. They sent me an email with an address to meet at one of their many offices and I copied the address and put it into uber. When I arrived there was no one there and it was a local from another tour company that told me that the address was incorrect and directed me to the correct address. By time I got another uber and found my way there I was told that the bus had already left and I was marked as a no show. Also that they cannot assist me since I booked through trip advisor . They told me the tour was sold out but then offered me an option to rebook for an extra $400 a tour with the same camels but I would have to add ATV later on in the day. I contacted trip advisor and sent proof of the uber and where it took me and they denied my request for a refund. It was a true waste of my time and money. I truly expected so much better from such a big company

It was a UNIQUE experience for us from the moment Cirilo picked us up at the hotel, Alina was spectacular, extremely pleasant and VERY KIND, Lola (the camel) was super well-behaved; the food was delicious and very typical of the region. The Tequila and Mezcal tasting was excellent. I truly congratulate you for how well you made us feel. Blessings

Our guide, Pablo was an excellent host. The entire experience was wonderful. Experiencing camels for the first time was fun. The food by the beach was delicious.

We had the best experience today with Isha. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind, and all around delightful. From the moment we were picked up to the time we were dropped off, everyone made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Special shout out again to Isha who was warm and genuine in sharing her time with us. The camels were so sweet and provided great photo ops. The experience with my girls is priceless.
