Terrible experience — avoid this tour provider. I booked the Cabo Migrino Beach and Desert ATV Tour through Viator, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My scheduled pickup time was 10:30 AM, and we arrived at the port at 10:05 AM. I was told the driver had already left and that I needed to take an Uber to the location — even though transportation was included in the price I paid. I reluctantly agreed and used the address provided through the Viator app, but the address was incorrect. After the provider spoke with the Uber driver in Spanish (which I did not understand), the driver then told me I needed to pay additional cash to go to another location. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and like I was being pressured into paying extra money. I decided not to continue and paid for another Uber to take me back to the port. What made this even worse is that I later found other customers reporting similar issues with this provider, yet they are still refusing to refund my money. This was not the experience I paid for. I would not recommend this company to anyone — especially travelers who expect reliable transportation and honest communication.

This experience was amazing, our guide was patient and funny. This was our first time driving ATVs and I 100% recommended. The beach was beautiful and the drive was amazing. Thank you Alberto, we loved it!
Amazing experience!! Alberto was our guide and he was great. none of us had driven an ATV before and he guided us through everything from how to work the vehicle and starting the tour slowly for us to get used to it. we paid $25 for admission into the park which goes to the people who own the private land we drive on. The tour itself was around 1.5hrs of driving time which flew by because it was so much fun. We had the tour to ourselves so it was only the 3 of us but usually theres between 15-40 vehicles per tour. I would definitely recommend doing a private tour if thats the case. Alberto made sure our ride was personalized and asked us what we wanted to do before continuing on the tour. the atmosphere is very friendly all the staff are very welcoming and a fun time! they played drake for us when we told them we were from canada!! It was an overall great experience, and we will definitely be choosing Real Baja Road Tours next time we are in Cabo!
