Our driver, John, picked us up at our hotel after breakfast and drove us outside of Athens in a very comfortable MB van, giving us an interesting look at many areas along the way to Cape Sounion. There we stopped to visit the Temple of Poseidon. We really enjoyed being able to ask questions about a wide assortment of topics and hearing an insider's view. We asked John to select a lunch stop and to order local specialties to try. If you are able to spend more than a day in Athens, I would highly recommend looking at the options offered by Tours of Athens. Travel is all about making good memories.
