Dimitris was wonderful. He was punctual for my pick up and as I had been to Athens before and needed to fill in time before my flight I got him to set an itinerary that involved an easy time around the Greek Riviera and a beautiful lunch... He did not dissapoint and was fun to be around... would recommend him highly.

An Amazing Drive to the Temple of Poseidon from Athens
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our Uber driver, Kyriakos, who took us from Athens to the Temple of Poseidon. From the moment we set off, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
What really made the trip special was the historical knowledge he shared with us along the way. He told us so much about the history, culture, and landmarks we passed, which made the journey much more than just a drive. By the time we reached the Temple of Poseidon, we had a much deeper appreciation for what we were seeing.
Kyriakos made us feel comfortable, looked after us throughout the trip, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The drive was scenic, informative, and thoroughly enjoyable.
We would highly recommend Kyriakos to anyone visiting Athens and looking to explore the Temple of Poseidon. He truly made the trip worthwhile and was a big part of what made it such a fantastic experience!

Souinio Sunset
This tour is amazingly beautiful, very scenic with gorgeous landscapes. The Temple of Poseidon with sun setting in background is a MUST experience if you're in Athens. Our tour guide Dimitrios was excellent with so much knowledge about the area. He made the experience fun. I would definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely a MUST!
Wonderful! Great communication before our tour. Clean vehicle, very kind guide and exceptional service. Enjoyed the information along the route and the sunset at the temple was Spectacular. Recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner and another for dessert. We are so thankful and please! 10/10!

Wonderfull
This Cape Sounio tour was one of the most relaxing parts of our trip. The drive along the Athenian Riviera was beautiful, with amazing sea views almost the entire way. When we reached the Temple of Poseidon, the setting was even better than expected — standing there overlooking the Aegean Sea is something you don’t forget easily. Maria shared some interesting history and mythology but also gave us time to explore on our own. Everything was easy and well timed, and it never felt rushed. If you’re looking for a scenic half-day tour from Athens, this one is definitely wortih it.

Cape Sounio & Temple of Poseidon fantastic tour
We booked the Sounio tour mainly for the views, and it completely exceeded expectations. The coastal route from Athens was beautiful from start to finish, and once we arrived at the Temple of Poseidon the scenery was simply stunning. There’s something very peaceful about being there, with the sea all around and the temple standing on the cliff. Our guide kept the experience relaxed and gave us just the right amount of historical background without turning it into a lecture. It felt more like a memorable escape from the city than a typical sightseeing tour, and we genuinely loved every minute of it.

A day in Sounio.
The Cape Sounio tour turned out to be one of the most relaxing and beautiful experiences we had during our stay in Athens. The drive along the Athenian Riviera offered amazing coastal views, and arriving at the Temple of Poseidon was simply breathtaking. Seeing the ancient temple standing above the Aegean Sea is something photos really can’t capture. Our guide shared interesting stories about Greek mythology and the history of the site while giving us enough time to explore and take pictures. If you’re looking for a scenic half-day trip from Athens with history and incredible views, this tour is definitely worth it.Strongly recommended.

Half of an afternoon spent with an amazing driver. Dimitri ultimate goal was the temple of Poseidon something not to be
We had a wonderful time on our tour. Dimitri was a fantastic driver and was able to tell us all about the journey. It was very personal and very understandable. Dimitri took us to places that we could only dreamed of going. The Poseidon temple was amazing. The scenery was unbelievable. Please book this and put it on your list to see.

Cape sounio
For breathtaking views and a relaxing escape from the city, this Cape Sounio private tour is unbeatable. The coastal drive along the Athenian Riviera is stunning, and the Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean Sea is simply unforgettable — especially at sunset. Comfortable transport, expert guidance, and plenty of time for photos make this one of the best half-day tours from Athens. If you want a memorable highlight of your trip, this is it. If you need a great driver and guide in Athens, call Maria!
Maria was amazing. She drove us from Athens to the Poseidon temple. The drive on the Athens Riviera was beautiful and Maria was a wonderful host and Driver. Her vehicle was impeccable and comfortable and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Maria !!!!
