Our guide George was amazing. The information he gave us was awesome. It was almost a 2 hour ride to Poseidons temple. We also stopped at a small lake that was created from a cave roof that fell in. Absolutely gorgeous. George was very friendly and his driving was great. We went to se the sunset and it was spectacular. You can’t go wrong booking with him. I also highly recommend this tour.

Great excursion!
Great excursion and value for price! Dimitri communicated well for pick up time/location. We specifically asked to see the sunset at the Temple of Poseidon and he delivered! Dimitri was friendly, attentive, accommodating and informative. It was so refreshing to see his passion and love for his country! We highly recommend this tour!

Best night of our vacation!
Alex it’s just an amazing tour guide! My Athens transfers helps you see Greece in a truly unique and spectacular way! Not only was the Temple of Poseidon breathtaking the restaurant he recommended for dinner after was just amazing! Best food best time! My advice is you deserve to splurge -this trip was worth every penny! We’ve taken a lot of tours in Athens and it’s just wonderful to be with someone who tells you to take your time and enjoy every moment of the experience! With my Athens, transfers, the focuses is on making sure I got to see everything I wanted to!

Fantastic customizable tour
We used My Athens Transfers for both transport from the airport to our condo in Lavrio & then also a tour of the Sounio area.
I specifically wanted the flexibility to have a great seaside meal & then catch the sunset & then super moon rise at The Temple of Poseidon.
Dimitris Tabone was our driver/guide. He picked us up in an immaculate mini van & a cooler of cold water. Then with very good temper in the crazy super moon crowds took us around for a fabulous meal & then the temple. The traffic was insane but we got to see everthing we wanted. He even dropped our friends off at the marina before taking us na k to the condo.

Cape Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon
Wonderful tour! Our tour guide, Notis, was lots of fun. He was very knowledgeable about the Temple of Poseidon and the history of Greece. He taught us how to say words in Greek and, at the end of the tour, took us to a lovely restaurant on the water. Highly recommended!

More than a transfer — a wonderful experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with My Athens Transfers for our trip from Athens to the Temple of Poseidon.
Communication from the very beginning was easy, quick, and efficient, and arranging the transfer was completely hassle-free. The car was excellent and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was our driver, Notis.
Notis was incredibly polite, kind, and such a pleasant person to spend the journey with. He went far beyond simply driving us to the temple — along the way, he shared so much of his knowledge about Greece, its history, culture, and many other aspects of the country. We were genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable he was, and our conversations with him made us appreciate Greek history and culture even more.
The drive itself became one of the memorable experiences of our time in Greece. We highly recommend My Athens Transfers, and if you have the opportunity to travel with Notis, even better!
Thank you, Notis, for making our visit to the Temple of Poseidon even more special.
