Antigua is a city that captivates from the very first moment. Every cobblestone street, every church, every square, and every corner has a special charm that invites you to walk leisurely and discover its history. What I liked the most was the warm atmosphere, the kindness of the people, and the stunning views of the volcanoes surrounding the city. There are countless cafes, restaurants, and terraces where it is worth stopping to enjoy the moment. After walking through its streets, visiting its viewpoints, and experiencing its culture, I understood why so many people return again and again. Antigua is not just a tourist destination; it is a place that you feel and live. I left with my heart full of memories and the certainty that I will return someday.
Cancelled at almost 10pm the night before… and only communication via the app (which does not prompt a notification) instead of sending a direct WhatsApp message. Poor customer service because there was no opportunity to book anno tour for the day. Didn’t ask to reschedule - did provide a refund.
Very excellent service, the transporter contacted me a day before and the next day he contacted me again to pick us up, very punctual

Good hotel pickup and drop off. Good driver. Very knowledgeable guide. Knew everything about Antigua's history and culture. And about the Mayan culture.
