My driver was great, polite, and helpful. Anibal was right where he said, my name on a sign held high (it was very busy). The ride was very comfortable. He played music at a reasonable volume, not too loud or too quiet. Got me exactly to my hotel even though the entrance is not well Marked and it was closed. Carried my roller suit case at the airport to the car and got it into the hotel, despite me saying it was not really necessary, great customer service.
Roberto was an absolutely wonderful driver from Guatemala City to Antigua. He was kind, professional, punctual, and made us feel comfortable from the moment he picked us up. He helped us with all of our bags, and his vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and safe. During the drive, Roberto talked with us about Guatemala, explained what we were seeing along the way, and patiently answered all of our questions. His English is excellent, which made communication easy and enjoyable. We learned so much about the culture from him during our trip. He also went above and beyond for us by stopping when we needed a bathroom break and happily pulling over at a little roadside ice cream truck when we asked to stop for ice cream. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants in Antigua and shared helpful safety advice about both Antigua and Guatemala City. Even in heavy traffic, Roberto stayed calm, patient, and drove very safely. By the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than just a driver. We have stayed in touch, and we are so grateful we had him for this experience. We highly recommend Roberto to anyone traveling in Guatemala!
Easy to make reservation, driver has your name on a sign and is standing just outside of the arrival exit area. Van was clean, service was efficient. Less than an hour from GUA to Antigua. Easy trip with this company.

The driver met us right by outside the airport. He was in touch with me the day prior to confirm our flight information and destination. When we arrived he had a sign with my name up so we could locate him. Our flight landed at 10:00 pm and we were headed to antigua. On our way there he asked if we wanted him to stop at a convenience store since everything in antigua might be closed. We happily accepted the offer.Edgar was great!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They accept your booking, then send to another company who then outsources a driver. We provided the company our Airbnb address upon booking. They waited until we were in the vehicle with the driver to inform us that they would not be dropping us off at our intended but rather would be dropping us off in Antigua town center than our Airbnb 30 minutes away and told us to had to figure out how to get to our Airbnb and to take it up with Viator The driver informed us that in the short time he has been working with this company that he’s seen them do it to 10 other customers. This is clearly something they do frequently in order to collect the money and don’t deliver on the service when they are aware they cannot deliver. We were left stranded in the middle of nowhere with 4 suitcases. Please steer clear of these scammers!!
We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However, we must clarify the facts of this booking. The reservation confirmed through Viator was for transportation from the airport to Antigua Guatemala. The drop-off location requested for the service was in Ciudad Vieja, which is a separate municipality and not the same destination as Antigua Guatemala. This is an important distinction, as the booked service must correspond to the route selected at the time of reservation. We reject the accusation that this was a scam. Our company does not operate in that manner, and we do not intentionally accept services that we cannot provide as booked. We also reviewed the comment attributed to the driver, and he completely denies making such a statement. We understand that the situation was frustrating, but it was caused by a discrepancy between the destination booked and the actual destination requested. We encourage all travelers to confirm their exact drop-off address before booking, especially when traveling to areas near Antigua, as nearby towns are not considered the same destination for booking purposes. We remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and reliable service.
