Fantastic service and communication. Would 100% book again. Our flight was a bit delayed and they contacted us as soon as we landed with clear instructions where to locate them.

Pickup from the airport to the hotel was comfortable and timely. Connected to airport wi-fi and let driver know we had arrived, and driver came around the corner within 5 minutes. No complaints!

Abdel arrived right on time as agreed. The van was very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Although the drive from Antigua to Guatemala City Airport was long, Abdel drove very carefully and professionally throughout—never erratic and always attentive. He helped us load and unload all of our luggage and got us to the airport on time. He was friendly and engaging when appropriate, while also giving our family space to relax during the journey. Overall, an excellent driver and a very comfortable experience. We would definitely book with him again!

Excellent experience. The driver arrived on time to pick us up at the airport. The van was in excellent condition, with the air conditioning working. The driver was the kindest person; he made the nearly 4-hour trip much more pleasant with his conversation. I definitely recommend it.

We put together our own round trip through Guatemala including Copan Ruinas in Honduras and used Authentic Guatemala to drive and guide us during the trip. Our trip included Copan, Quirigua, Rio Dulce, Tikal, Uaxactun, Ceibal, Coban, Semuc Champey, Lago Atitlan and Antigua. All of these places are highly recommendable!

The car pictured is not who will be picking you up. They will also not ask you what time you need to be picked up unless you call them first. They tried to come pick us up earlier for some reason too.
