The Hotel was a great place., the room very clean and comfortable.., the service 100 of 100., and the breakfast very healthy food and many varieties of food and delicious.. the more impressive was the view looking front to the Acropolis ., i recommend this hotel for everyone want have nice place to stay!.
I would tell them not to book a private ride with you I was left stranded and told to get a taxi..nice..I could have done that to begin with
The disembarkation at Piraeus Port is a little chaotic with several cruise ships all arriving at the same time. However, the process went smoothly with the transport service I used via The Niche Hotel.
Communication was excellent. Driver was on time, friendly, and helpful with luggage. Gave us some advice on places to see and visit.
It was great. The staff is warm and friendly. The only setback is the flight of stairs you have to walk to get to the elevator and there isn’t a lobby. Fortunately, they had workers to assist with the luggage. The room is very modern and I slept like a baby. I would recommend this hotel and it is in the center of Athens which is great.

The flight was scheduled to arrive at 09:30 AM, while the booking was made at 07:31 AM. However, the booking information was received by our company at 01:33 PM, after the scheduled arrival time. As soon as we noticed the booking, we immediately contacted the customer to confirm whether the reservation was indeed intended for the same day, as we wanted to make sure there had not been an error. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Once we received the cancellation and refund request, we immediately processed the refund, fully understanding the customer's request given the circumstances. We sincerely regret any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this situation.
