Amazing Service. Great Communication! Would highly recommend.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you were pleased with our service and communication. Your recommendation means a great deal to us. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again in the future. Kind regards Yomadic Tours Agency
Was waiting for us at the airport and brought the car to us. He was courteous and professional throughout. Car was clean, air conditioning was on as it was hot outside and there was bottled water waiting for us.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted to hear that your transfer experience was so positive. We are thrilled that our driver provided courteous and professional service from the moment you landed, especially by meeting you directly at the airport with the car ready. It's also great to know that the clean, cool vehicle with bottled water was a welcome relief after your travels—we believe these small details make a big difference. We will be sure to share your kind words with our team and the driver; they will be so pleased to know they helped start your trip so smoothly. We hope to have the pleasure of assisting you again on a future visit! Warm regards
I don’t know if I’d call it luxurious. We were picked up in an older Mercedes it did get us to our destination on time. No bottle water was offered and we did not have anyone waiting inside the airport with a sign instead we got a call to meet the driver outside the airport in the pick up area. I would just call this a taxi service which plenty are waiting outside the airport to choose from when arriving.
Company was late, they didn’t give enough info to help us meet at the right place, then we had to walk way too far to get to the car. They didn’t respond to our messages in the app. Then they tried to charge us extra when they dropped us off.
"Thank you for sharing your concerns about your airport pickup experience. We apologize for any confusion caused by not having your correct phone number in the booking details, which led to communication issues. We understand that our driver couldn't access messages sent through the Viator app due to our local supplier setup. Regarding the parking, we appreciate your understanding that it's managed by the airport, and we have no control over it. We also noted the discrepancy between your booking for Athens and your actual destination in Piraeus, and we had informed you about the potential extra charge, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. We'll take your feedback into consideration to improve our services."
Had a little trouble on the pick-up - but just a misunderstanding - other than that, so glad we chose this company. Andre was a great driver and even threw in a little tour guide to boot. Would highly recommend.

On time, personable, professional, good driver getting us to our hotel safely. Just what you want from a car service.

Our flight was delayed over 2 hours and our original driver had picked up another group but I called the company and they had another driver there. It was a 15 min wait but we were happy. We had a group of 6 people with a lot of baggage in a private Mercedes Van. Only thing missing were some cold bottles of water. That would have been nice.

Impeccable service, serious driver , punctual, professional and insightful, also having humor; despite the delay of my flight and the heat , he was there with a smile! Thanks to Petro and Tripadvisor☺️

We needed a transfer from the port to the airport and didn’t want to use the cruise transfer. I saw Yomadic on TripAdvisor with all the great reviews and I thought, why not? As with all transfers, I get a little worried but they were GREAT! All communication was done through WhatsApp with the fastest response time I have ever had. The driver was at the port early and we had no problems or delays. I highly recommend using them for your transfer needs. With that said, I can only imagine the rest of their services are exceptional as well.

Gianni was an excellent driver. Even though he was late picking us up due to unavoidable circumstances, he made it up with great service, excellent knowledge of Athens and personal attention to our tour requests. It was a great ride to the port with awesome tour stops along the way. We were so pleased with his service and would definitely request him if we come back again. Thank you Gianni!!
