We missed a flight not our fault but they would not work with us we could have got there but would have been 30 mins late so we lost money and didn’t get to see our main thing today

It was a great location for ticket pick-up and the staff was friendly. My only concern is that I planned it months ahead of time, after looking at several other options, for the day after we arrived in case we ran late. One week before, I get an email saying that the day we booked is free admission, so we could not use our tickets and had to use them another day. We could not use them the day after I had wanted because we were leaving Rome, so we had to use it the day we arrived. It was a bit stressful not knowing if we would make our time or not. In the end, it worked out, but it would have been better if they had told us well in advance rather than one week, especially since they already knew it was a free day. Other than that, all went well.

The application to listen to the video guide is a real piece of junk. It takes a very long time to download the videos and then they cannot be watched. So there is no accompaniment for the visit. A shame. The system is terrible

Great easy express tour! Pick up was clear, and the agents provided details directions, maps, and informaiton. We enjoyed our self guided tour!

Very good experience. Got tickets half an hour before start time. Little annoying that you have to walk past the venue and then 5 minutes away to get your tickets. Have to use satnav to find the ticket office.

This was a great way to visit the Colosseum. The app was just OK - It did have some glitches and flaws but for the most part, we were able to get some good information while using it. It was easy to find the meeting spot and the people at the meeting point were very helpful in explaining where to go.

Beautiful experience. My kids were very intrigued. Love to see them interested in history. One price for all this was worth it.

Unfortunately it was crowded and hot at the end of July, but this activity delivered! We were running late, the operator emailed the tickets to us and it worked out! We definitely had the opportunity to spend as much time as needed, did not use the app, but enjoyed the Coliseum.
