Easy to find outside the cruise terminal. Just look for the green tent. it's near that. Safe driving, not a long wait to the airport.
There are no signs posted for Viator shuttle transportation service. They actually sub-contract the shuttle with another company and none of that was ever mentioned in any of the emails, or how to find where to get on. Once we found it, it was fine.
The suspension on the transport vehicle was horrendous and the ride was extremely rough. The driver decided to drop us off at the arrival level necessitating us to navigate two floors up to departure along with our luggage.
