James was a superior tour guide. Very knowledgeable, great personality, engaging. A stand out tour guide.

Our guide Paul was amazing! Although being a tour related to a horrible tragedy Paul provided insight and stories with dignity and grace. The museum had very meaningful artifacts that told the story of that day in a way that was appropriate for all ages.

James was first class, he knew his stuff, clearly speaking all the time. Never rushing, great day.
