Ground zero experience was exceptional. Everything was right on time. Alice, your guide was very knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant - she couldn’t have been better. Explained things you’d never know walking around. We were all very pleased with the tour.

It was absolutely amazing. It is a bit pricy but I would pay the price again every time. When I seen 4.5 hours for a guided tour I was a bit hesitant but when you have Helene as a tour guide it made it go by quick and effortlessly.

The guide made it very enjoyable for us, she was attentive and knew quite a few stories and told us about videos of the place.

Paul was a kind and knowledgeable tour guide who shared stories about his experiences on the day of 9/11. The kids especially liked the personal stories about the heroes and the events of the day. One of my kids was riveted by the hidden gems that Paul showed us throughout the tour (like the Burger King building). It was a hot day and the tour was mostly outside, which was difficult for the kids. Additionally, there was a lot of descriptions of the architecture, which I liked but the kids did not enjoy as much. If I were to do this again I would suggest that families do the museum first and the tour second, so that the kids could get more background knowledge about the actual event before hearing the hidden gems that Paul discussed.

Our 9/11 Memorial Tour was one of the most moving and memorable experiences of our trip, and Jaclyn made it truly exceptional. From the moment the tour began, Jaclyn was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly respectful of the significance of the events. She shared historical facts, personal stories, and thoughtful insights that brought everything to life in a way that was both educational and deeply emotional. Her passion for preserving the memory of those who were lost was evident throughout the tour. The tour was well-paced, organized, and gave us a much greater appreciation for the courage, resilience, and unity that emerged from such a tragic day. We left with a deeper understanding of the history and a profound sense of gratitude. If you're visiting New York City, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. And if you're fortunate enough to have Jaclyn as your guide, you're in for an unforgettable experience. She is outstanding, and this tour was truly a highlight of our visit.

A fantastic way to see the 9/11 memorial. James, our guide, was brilliant. Not only did he share his extensive knowledge about the horrific event, he was able to include elements of humour (when appropriate). He is obviously very passionate about what he does and he was able to share stories about how the whole of New York, and the world, were affected (and still are) by this tragic event. Great job! The museum was full of memorabilia linked to the two towers. It is very well laid out and full of information. Quite an emotional experience. It was good to do the observatory afterwards, as it allows you to move away from the more sombre side of the memorial and museum. A great day out.
