オールアクセス9/11：グラウンド・ゼロ・ツアー、記念館、ワンワールド展望台

Our guide was every knowledgeable and shared some interesting information in addition to some of his personal experiences related to 9-11.

Really informative tour that brought the history to life We did a guided walking tour around Ground Zero before visiting the 9/11 Museum and I’m really glad we chose to do it. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour feel very immersive through her storytelling. She shared lots of smaller facts, details and stories that we wouldn’t necessarily have noticed or understood if we had simply walked around the area ourselves. The memorial is already incredibly impactful, but having someone explain the meaning behind some of the smaller details and features made us appreciate it much more. I also think doing the guided tour before entering the museum helped give us some useful context for what we were about to see. The tour itself was entirely outside rather than inside the museum, and in hindsight I actually think I would have enjoyed having a guided element inside the museum too, as the storytelling added so much to the outside experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend doing a guided Ground Zero tour rather than simply visiting the memorial independently, particularly if it’s your first time visiting. It adds another layer of understanding to such an important place.

The Ground Zero tour with Helen was informative and interesting. I learned a lot about all of the buildings destroyed beyond the towers.

We unfortunately missed the tour as our driver was late picking us up. However the guide was great with follow-up and texted us our tickets for entrances. We appreciate the effort on her part. I will say, though, that the meeting point is rather difficult for out of towners not familiar with the oculus. Several escalators were out of service and even though we arrived at the oculus in in time to meet the representative who was waiting for us (not the guide) we were unable to reach the meeting point in time.

A very moving & informative experience. Tim Douglas was our guide & he was personable, knowledgeable & didn’t rush us at all. Would highly rate this experience & recommend Tim who was also able to share his experiences of 9/11 with us. He is still affected by the events to this day. We had lots of time to explore the museum at our own pace after our guided tour & the one world observatory was an incredible view.

Amy was great! She gave lots of firsthand information. I really appreciated her sharing her experiences with that day.

A very thought provoking, informative and well organised tour Our guide Marc was very good indeed The One World observatory was well worth the visit and a light relief after the memorial and museum.
