A great exploration of food offered in Nishiki market with a friendly engaging guide!
Josuke was a great guide! He took us through the market, ensuring we were all able to stay together, explaining various aspects of Japan, food culture, and etiquette. He also gave advice for other places to visit and was engaging for the entire experience.

Great way to learn about the food and culture of Japan...7 unique food tastings that were tailored to my 'picky' food tastes...each unique and delicious. My guide, Kazuma was fabulous and took time to explain the different foods.
