We had a wonderful time exploring Kerala at the end of November 2025 under the care of our travel guide, Green Earth Trails. My husband and I can't speak enough of our Kerala experience journey from Munnar, Thekaddy, Alleypey and Kochi. Our guide, Manoj Sir is such a polite and respectful person, and he brought us to all the expected sights and accommodated our additional requests.
I started communicating with Benjamin from Green Earth Trails about 3 months before our travel dates, and he was always so prompt and clear in articulating his responses. Benjamin was so patient with me when we were adjusting the itineraries and was kind to address all my questions, as this was our first trip to India.
Benjamin recommended really beautiful and cosy resorts, special mention for The Valle in Munnar and Blanket Days in Thekaddy. The lunch we had during our day cruise on the Alleypey houseboat was one of the best meals we have ever had. All the resort and houseboat staff that we engaged with were so friendly towards us which made our stay and experience extra special.
Truly, do reach out to Green Earth Trails if you're looking to visiting India, and you will be in good hands, as we did!

Outdoor tour of Kerala
I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Green Earth Trails. The team was able to customize it to fit a more condensed timeline, and I got to experience everything I wanted to do. Some notable highlights were seeing a leopard in Thekkady and the sunrise kayaking excursion.
When my pickup arrangement had to be changed, Green Earth Trails was able to accommodate me on the fly and arranged a cab for pickup.

Great experience
We had an amazing 5-day Kerala tour with Green Earth Trails. Everything was well organized. The tour offered us from the serene backwaters to the lush tea plantations and vibrant local culture. Each hotel chosen for us was excellent, with great service and authentic charm. The houseboat stay was truly a memorable highlight and offering delicious traditional Kerala meals and they also cooked pawn and crab we brought from the local stall. Our driver was friendly and drove the mountain road with great care. Contact with Benjamin was quick and easy. He also picked up us at the airport with the driver. Highly recommend them for a smooth and memorable trip!

Very good and competent tour guide and organization
Very experienced, considerate and local driver. Mr. Manoj always had very good recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing or insider tips throughout the trip. We can get the whole organization together in advance with Mr. Benjamin -who was also available for us at any time during the tour - and the very good experience with Mr.Manoj warmly recommend.

Cannot fault what was an excellent tour.
Everything was fabulously organised with expert guides used for specialist visits. They were very informative and super friendly. Driving was carried out with expertise on some very difficult roads. All the chosen hotels were excellent for cleanliness, friendly staff and food. I cannot recommend Green Earth Trails enough.

Can’t recommend highly enough!
Green earth trails booked out periyar tiger sanctuary experience and arranged accommodation and transfers.
They were excellent from start to finish
Prompt and efficient communications
