Fun experience
We really enjoyed the cooking class and felt like we learned a lot!

Very entertaining and delicious.
We had a wonderful time. The instructor was very knowledgeable and entertaining. And, the food was great. It is an amazing introduction to Japanese cooking.

Best cooking class ever!
I did this experience with my adult son and we had such a wonderful time doing this together. Chef Nakata was entertaining and knowledgeable and the quality of the ingredients we used to cook with was exceptional. A friend recommended it to me and I will be making sure I pass on this secret spot to all my friends.

Incredible class and trachers
This class alone would have been worth a trip to Kanazawa for me. It was fun, tasty, beautiful and the time just went flying.

Insightful experience of Umami and Japanese cuisine
Wonderful experience! Insights on umami and Japanese cuisine. Loved the explanations and my 13 year old daughter loved the food!!! Bought reduced price knives and a beautiful bottle to spray soy sauce. I highly recommend it!!! If nothing of the above is appealing, you'll still have a great dinner!

He is an incredible entertainer—so funny, engaging, and enthusiastic! It is a fully hands-on experience where he keeps you constantly involved, making you do so many things yourself.What makes it truly special is his deep competence. Chef Suiji doesn't just show you how to cook; he explains the deeper meaning behind every step, the history of the culture, and the secrets of the traditional ingredients. Fun & delicious
We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The chef uses a live translation app, which makes communication very easy. Only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used for the dishes you prepare. Best of all, you get to enjoy everything you made afterwards. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and delicious time!
