Recently, many knife shops for tourists have opened in Kanazawa, and some knives are sold at extremely high prices. At our shop, we try to offer knives at fair prices similar to what Japanese customers would pay, because we want visitors to enjoy authentic Japanese knives without worrying about tourist pricing. We hope the knife you chose will bring back good memories of Japan every time you cook!
