Shirakawa-go is an amazing place, very much worth visiting, I suggest everyone to try the pudding! Hatsune is a very friendly and helpful guide!

The tour was awesome. Our guide Hatsune had great energy and knowledge that made the experience special.

Hatsune san was very friendly, open to questions, and a great attitude! She was great with keeping everyone on time as a group, and recommending locations to go. Opening up about herself first helped us feel more comfortable with her right away.

Hatsune was amazing! So sweet and personable, I’d take any tour with her again. Shirakawago was beautiful and I would suggest you order at least 4 sticks of the Hida beef, I regret not getting more.

We really enjoyed our time in Shirakawa-go! Our guide, Keita, has a fun sense of humour and shared the interesting history of Kanazawa and Shirakawa-go. We saw inside a 300 year old traditional home and walked to the observatory to witness amazing views of the village. There were some delicious foods to try including hida beef and bbq miso rice on a stick. It was great to arrive there early, before the crowds and was a perfect amount of time to explore. Thank you Keita!

Very nice tour. We took the half day in Shirakawa-go. Our guide Keita was very welcoming and nice to listen to. The road towards Shirakawa-go is scenic - do not sleep in the bus or you'll miss some beautiful vistas. The village itself is wonderful, so pretty! Also, we arrived early enough to have the village almost to ourselves. Wada house makes for a very interesting visit. Finally, a lovely and very cute teahouse served curry and red bean soup. I'd definitely recommend this tour!

We had an amazing experience on this tour with our guide, Keita! His English is perfect, and he is funny, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the journey to Shirakawa really enjoyable. Along the way, he shared lots of interesting facts, stories, and insights about Japanese history and culture. You can really tell that he enjoys what he does! Even though the early start might seem a little tough, the timing is actually perfect. We arrived before most of the other tour buses, so we could enjoy the village with very few tourists and take beautiful photos without the crowds. Keita was an excellent guide and explained everything perfectly. We 100% recommend this tour!

Dry enjoyable experience. We were lucky to go on a lovely sunny day and the village looked beautiful. Keira was a super friendly guide, and good fun. Would definitely recommend.
