Whit this pass you have to print a voucher to get to the must popular palaces, which it is very annoying. Then you have to exchange them at the ticket counter which has very long lines. For other attractions you have to generate QR codes for each of them. Also very annoying.
Later I discovered that the city offers a much better pass. Where you only need one QR code for every attraction. Look for the city pass which is called Vienna Pass (only)
I don’t recommend the Vienna E-Pass at all.

Great place and amazing tour guide!
The guide, Micheal, was amazing. He offered valuable and lots of information. We didn’t realise when the time passed, because he introduced us in the story completely. The Sisi museum and Hofburg complex is so rich in details and history. Definitely we will come back!

Worth every penny
Had a great experience with the Vienna E-Pass. Everything worked as expected, and it made sightseeing so much easier and saved me a lot of money. Definitely worth it!

10/10 experience
I was in Vienna for 7 days, and i discovered Vienna e-pass only after traveling a few days, and i wish i had discovered it earlier. It would have saved me so much money. I bought a 4-day pass for only 165€, and i was traveling from place to place, museum after museum non stop. If i didn't have this pass, the attractions would have costed me more than 400-500 euros. If you want to explore Vienna and visit several museums and attractions, i would 100% recommend it. 10/10 experience, you get your moneys worth.
