This trip was good. Sofia was a great guide. I felt there was plenty of time to explore and eat lunch. I even had time to take the boat ride which I would recommend.

Sofia was a really good tour guide, full of knowledge and really nice. The bus was a nice as a long bus journey could be. Hallstatt was well worth the journey and would really recommend the boat tour option. The stop at the castle on route was nice and could have even been a bit longer. Overall would recommend and worth the visit.

The schedule was well organised and everything went according to plan. However, the tour guide talked far more than necessary. Perhaps she was quiet for less than half an hour during the entire round trip, and almost nobody was listening to her. A bus journey is not a football commentary where someone describe every single scene. People are usually tired, and it would be better if they only received the essential and important information about the two or three areas they are going to visit and enjoy the rest scenes in silence. Her voice also added to the heat and fatigue of the journey, which was annoying.

We went on a trip to Hallstatt, Austria. In the morning, the meeting point was not clearly organized. There were several lines of people, and it was impossible to know which one we were supposed to join. I tried to ask a member of staff for help, but they were very rude and simply told me to wait in line. After waiting for quite a while, we finally reached the ticket checker. He looked very annoyed and tired, even though it was early in the morning. His attitude towards customers was unacceptable, especially considering that we had paid for the tour. Once we got on the bus, the guide did not seem professional. I found it difficult to understand his explanations, and he also appeared tired and unenthusiastic. In addition, when he spoke through the microphone, there were constant breathing noises, which made it even harder to listen. This was a small day trip of around 300 km, yet as tourists we spent almost the entire day travelling. Unfortunately, the experience was not very interesting or enjoyable, and it did not meet our expectations. Overall, it was not a wonderful experience, and I believe the organization, customer service, and guiding could all be improved.

She has a remarkable ability to make history and culture both informative and enjoyable. Beyond her outstanding knowledge, Sophia managed our entire group with incredible organization and efficiency. Everything ran smoothly, and even when unexpected situations arose, she handled them with grace, confidence, and professionalism. Most importantly, Sophia is genuinely kind, patient, and courteous. She made every guest feel welcomed, respected, and well cared for throughout the tour. Sophia is truly an invaluable asset to any business.
