Excellent service, we were given very good recommendations, from places to visit, routes, where to shop, etc. 👍👍
We weren’t able to use the service because I didn’t book an automatic and there were no more available. But the staff called their competitors to find us an automatic that was available so we could still go outside the city as planned. Definitely good people and I would recommend. Just make sure to put in a comment if you need an automatic. Or call them after you make your booking.
I rented a Fiat to explore on my own and had the most amazing time! Juri gave me excellent directions for a drive out to Sienna and a wonderful destination to stop at for a wine tasting. Please note that “Maps” on your iPhone may not work properly. I recommend using Google Maps instead and pay close attention that there is no driving cars in the city center. This is a great way to do your own thing and explore Florence and the surrounding areas.
Pickup was easy and service was hood. The car was nice and we enjoyed the day. Drop off was also easy.

Excellent, I've rented cars several times in several different places, and I've never had a process so simple and quiet, do not try to sell you insurance, add additional coverage, excellent service, fair value, compatible with the other rental companies. Without a doubt if you are in Florence this is the first option for car hire.
Owner was very helpful in showing us best way to get in and out of the city. We visited 3 locations per the owners suggestion and had a fun time in each one. The car was exactly as described and had a place to connect our phone for driving directions. One small piece of feedback— I would consider adding directions for how to open the gas cap for Americans like me. 😂
A quality Service, the staff is very helpful, takes care of customers and is attentive to their questions. The explanations are clear. I will definitely return!
