Amazing experience. Thank you Hazel!!!! Absolutely can recommend this to anyone being interested in authentic Vietnamese cooking experience. Explained lots of stuff around ingredients and food preparation. Loved it and would do it again
Food was great and our guide Vy was so sweet and helpful. The class was small and fun.
This was a highlight of our time in Hanoi. From the informative market visit to the fun, relaxed environment of the cooking class. Hazel was an incredible teacher and leader and to can’t wait to go back to New Zealand and cook everything she taught us. Do yourself a favour and book this class!
We had the most amazing experience with Vy . We chose the 11.30am session and made 5 meals. Vy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious.
Most amazing cooking class, so insightful and the food tasted looovely!!! Such a friendly atmosphere, with all the help we needed and a nice time together to eat all with eachother. Vy was the perfect host and cannot recommend her enough!

I found this cooking school while in Da Nang, from the moment we met our guide Nhi we learnt so much. Nhi took us to the local market shopping for ingredients before we cooked our 5 course lunch. Nhi is passionate and has so much knowledge. The food was fresh and beautiful authentic flavours. A definite must while in Vietnam

We just spent a lovely morning with Emmy and the class, selecting, preparing and cooking the ingredients and we enjoyed eating the meal we had prepared. If you like food, this is a terrific activity.
