The market visit and the cooking were our favourite. Tam is a great host! Food was incredible and was a great family activity. It was a little too hot for our basket boat ride but still enjoyed it :)

This is such a nice and authentic experience. Chef Tam was great. There is a really nice couple that does the boat ride.

The market tour was unnecessary in my opinion but the crab fishing was funny (i actually got a crab!) and the cooking was funny and actually really tasty

We really enjoyed our cooking class today! We were picked up at our hotel and went to the market to get some fresh ingredients. After the market we went on a coconutboat and enjoyed some nice view on the water. During the cookingclass we've made 5 different recipes and got good instructions from our super friendly chef! The food was really delicious!! Over all a very good experience ☺️

Our Guide met us at the appointed time. He took us on an interesting tour of the open market to show us the options for the meals that we would be making later and purchased some of the ingredients. We then took a scooter ride to a small river, where we were joined by an older lady in her basket boat. It was fun as we fished for small crabs. We didn’t eat them, we let them back into the river. Then he picked us up and we went back to his home where he had an open air kitchen. We prepared some very flavorful Vietnamese food. Then returned us back to our hotel. An enjoyable and memorable experience.

Wow, a really must do personal experience with local Vietnamese. From the beautiful men who took us up the river on the Bamboo boats (crab fishing - which was really quite a fun challenge) to Tan our chief who made us cook a fantastic traditional style meal. The setting is in a small village, peaceful and authentic. Lots of fun thanks again.

We were picked up by the scooter and first went to the market for ingredients for our dinner. Then to the countryside outside Hoi An. A lady in a coconut boat was waiting for us. They went sailing and stopped for crab-like fish. Very nice to do! Then we were picked up again to go cooking. The kitchen area is very spacious, neat, and atmospheric! We received instructions to make 4 dishes. Very nice to do! It was cozy and the food was very tasty! Really fun to do!

Tom was our Guide and he was very prompt picking us up. He took us on an interesting tour of the market where he showed us all of the ingredients that we would be using for a cooking class. We took scooters across the river and boarded a basket boat. Our river guide “Sing” took us around the river where we fished for crabs. Then we returned to his large outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked a large variety of very tasty Vietnamese food. We have lots of fun pictures. It was a positive memorable experience.
