Incredible experience as my mom and I had a long layover in Haneda airport!!! We met with Sally (Saori) who was our amazing guide at the airport outside of customs. She was so patient as my mom is elderly and arranged a private car tour which was perfect as my mom can’t walk for very long. Saori took us to Asakusa and gave us a very thorough background on this district. We took pictures with amazing views of a tower then walked to an ancient temple and shrine. She is super knowledgeable about Tokyo culture, history, and interesting information. We walked around the streets of Asakusa which were super cute and bought some interesting things to take home. After we drove through Nihon Bashi and got a good historical overview of it and then ended in Ginza. She arranged for a super delicious sushi dinner at an excellent restaurant which we all loved. This has been such a wonderful way to be introduced to Tokyo and would definitely use Tokyo Travel Assist again!

We had a 22 hour layover and decided to spend to the day in Tokyo instead of at the airport and I could not been any happier. I got set up with this layover 5 hour layover tour. Tony was super responsive and got us set up with Sally, who was absolutely amazing. She not only gave us the opportunity to experience the beauty of Japan but the culture and food as well. A well spent 5 hours, no question. When in Tokyo again will book once again with this company and recommend anyone to book tour with this company as well.

This was a great experience for my 13 hour layover in Tokyo. Tony was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend the tour by car. This allowed us to see many different sites within a short amount of time. Tony was also very knowledgeable and adaptable to my desires, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend!

Me and my husband had a great time and experience. We really enjoy the tour. We are looking forward for the next tour hopefully at mt.fuji next year. Our tour guide tony is very nice. Thank you so much again.

This is a super late post, but I finally been able to catch up on life. I just want to say Tony was great, speaks great English and is comprehensive. He took us to the places we wanted to go to and made some adjustements based on the situation, yet still is able to accommodate our needs for a safe and fun trip! I spent extra money to take the private car ride cause my parents are seniors and have trouble walking long distances. Anyways, the car ride was fun, sky tree was fun, sightseeing around Japan was fun, looking forward to my next visit! Warm Regards, Christian

Toni did the tour by car and it was a full experience of Tokyo’s best historical sites and attractions. He brought me to see the temples, shrines and showed me Tokyo’s beauty at night. It was a very knowledgeable and interesting experience. I will highly recommend Travel Assist.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Tony as my parents’ tour guide in Japan. My parents are older Chinese travelers, and this was their first time visiting the country. From the moment they met Tony, he made them feel at ease and incredibly welcome. He made smart recommendations for senior-friendly activities, took them to fantastic local eateries, and even helped them navigate some of the more crowded areas in a stress-free manner. My parents returned home full of wonderful stories, new knowledge, and an eagerness to explore more of Japan—something I never expected given it was their first international trip in quite some time.

Our tour guide Yaya made our layover in Tokyo a blast. She's very punctual and responsive, showed up at Haneda Airport at exactly 8am to pick us up and returned us to the airport in the afternoon. During 6 hours she showed us a lot in Shibuya, and my 10-year-old daughter loved her.

Fumie was an excellent guide. She made me fell like I was enjoying a day with a friend. She was an excellent photographer, teacher, and knew where to take me for the best food and drink locations. Most memorable was using the subway system to access different parts of the town. She used the time to educate me on language and customs and it was really cool to people watch our fellow passengers. I would highly recommend her to others.

Our 6-hour layover tour was with Tony, a private driver, it was great. Tony took us to major sites such as Asakusa Temple, Tokyo Skytree, Ginza, and Shibuya Crossing. He was very knowledgeable about every site and Tokyo in general. We also had an authentic ramen dinner. He also took many pictures of us at the sites as well. Highly recommended!
