This was a great trip, however just check the seating arrangements, I am over 6ft and was asked to sit on the child seat at the back of the discovery… pretty impossible, others would not change seats and it did seam a first come first serve issue. They did transfer my party to another vehicle which was open topped, but still the child seat at the back, this worked out ok as I could at least sit up straight.. the tour is great and I would recommend as the guide was fantastic and the locations amazing.
We were amazed by the stunning scenery and landscape on this tour guided by Leno. He was very informative and answered all our questions. Plenty of time available at all stops. Thoroughly recommend this tour.
It's a amazing tour I recommend to anyone. Our guide Lino made the tour an adventure to never forget. I learned about the Island and saw the most beautiful places. Thank you Lino for making it a memory to treasure.
I really enjoyed my tour. Pick up was easy, guide was great! Scenery fantastic and we got to hike a few times and swim twice. I would recommend!!

Amazing day spent with Duarte in his 4x4 jeep. So many varied parts of the island covered, especially the off road section! Lots of interesting information about the fauna and flora of each height level we visited.A well organised trip with a great lunch option, fantastic viewpoint stops and Duarte’s obvious love of the island. A great day!
Fantastic day in Madeira!!! City family off roading in the mud was fun w the most perfect views of the northern part of the island… and that was only the first part- morning Second half of tour was visiting two villages for swimming and lunch, including a black sand beach w fabulous views of waterfalls coming into the Atlantic Ocean. A must do- while on vacation in beautiful Madeira.
This is a wonderful way to explore the island and experience some of the off road areas at the same time. It is great value for money and you learn lots of information relating to the real Madeira. We have knocked off one star as we felt our driver could have been a little slower up the off road section - it appeared rushed. In overtaking four other jeeps, he made some of us feel a little unnerved and more difficult to stand up at the back of the jeep.
Just was a fantastic guide and the whole trip was a brilliant experience. I would definitely recommend it.
Elias was a great guide, had wonderful time. You wont regret it. My only recommendation would be to pack anti-nausea if you get motion sickness easily.
