Small group of people. Very friendly environment. It was honestly an incredible experience. Our tour guide Diego was the best. Gave us great recommendations about our plan to tour the island the following day. Included spots to eat, best view points, hikes, and additional entertainment.

Great way to see many of the island's highlights in one go. The Porto Moniz pools were the stand-out stop-off point for me; as good if not better than the Blue Lagoon in Iceand. Stunning. Cheap. Great facilities. And our brilliant and lovely guide Diago booked a great restaurant for us to have lunch in afterwards. Have the black scabbard!! The sky walk is underwhelming in my opinion, but, heh, I crossed it off anyway as part of this trip. The Fenal forest is so pleasant. I grew up on a farm in Ireland and it reminded me of times spent up the fields there during the summers. The real joy of this trip came from our guide Diago and his fun, intelligent attitude. Do it!!

Great trip. Lots to see. Great fun in the open top 4x4 with amazing views. The sea was wild at Porto Moniz and the man made pools were closed but the natural pools were open, although very slippy getting in and out, but well worth it. Take some sea shoes. Only downside was we couldn’t hear our driver as with the roof down it’s so noisy, could do with an audio system so we could hear his commentary. Very good day out. Great guide. Would recommend.

This was by far the best excursion I’ve ever experienced! If you’re looking at multiple tours and comparing, I can confidently say this is the one! From start to finish communication was and service were excellent. Sandro was a wonderful guide, informative about the island and really gave us freedom to explore while remaining available at any time. The trip was thoughtful planned and full of beauty!

Did the 4x4 tour with True Spirit today and it was outstanding. Our driver was fantastic — skilled, knowledgeable, and great company on those mountain roads. We saw so much in a single day: spectacular viewpoints, beautiful beaches, and the amazing forests and lush vegetation Madeira is famous for.

Robert knew the land like the back of his palm. I’d trust him to drive anywhere! The trip was well worth it!!!

A must when in Madeira! Robert was our guide and driver and made sure the experience was top notch. We even got to enjoy the natural pools before they closed for the day. The off roading and other stops were amazing and super fun.

What a fantastic day it was with our tour guide Diego. He's very knowledgeable and a funny guy. We couldn't swim and the forest wasn't misty but there overall experience was excellent 👌

Great day out and a wonderful way to see more of the island. Tony Gonçalves our guide was sn excellent driver and had great knowledge of Madeira, past and present. It really made a difference being collected and dropped off at our hotel. Good sized group too, our fellow travellers were lovely people. I would recommend for all - couples, groups and solo travellers. Highlight for us were the Porto Moniz natural pools.
