Rafael was great at explaining the history, flavours and technique to create each dish. Very good value for money with 3 dishes, 1 drink and 1 desert. You’ll be full afterwards for sure!!

Excellent cooking class in Lima!
I really enjoyed our 4 course cooking class lead by master chef Rafael! He was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke very good English which was very helpful as I don’t speak spanish! The food was authentic, flavourful and very filling! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lima

This was a great cooking class. I ended up being the only one in the class and had so much delicious food to take with me at the end. I just wish I had the information to make what we made at home.

Best Cooking Class in Peru
Rafael was an incredible teacher and was so very kind. We ended up getting a private class and he the food was lovely! The best lomo soltado in town, and we got to try two other delicious dishes as part of the class

Come hungry
I attended this class with my husband. Both of us are Peruvian American but I hate to admit that while I love to eat Peruvian food, I don't know how to prepare any of it, or at least I didn't. My husband and I are feeling more confident in trying some of these recipes on our own. Rafael, our teacher was great...so skillful, giving us both a little history of the food, and showing how simple it can be. He truly showed us his love for cooking and his appreciation for all that Peruvian cuisine has to offer. I highly recommend this class.

More than a kitchen
Rafael is very attentive and teaches a lot about Peruvian culture and gastronomy. The dishes are delicious and the preparation tips really leave us confident to repeat at home. It's worth it!

Learning to cook
We had a really good time. The food was amazing. Awesome tips, easy recipes. I would highly recommended for anyone that wants to learn how to cook some popular Peruvian dishes.

Delicious, informative and fun! We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the lunch and brought back to the hotel enough leftovers for a wonderful dinner. Highly recommend.
