We spend a wonderful 4 days on the Inca Trail. The trail had both beautiful nature and interesting Inka sites. The porters made the days really comfortable. Our tents were all set up, when we arrived at the camp sites and the food was delicious. What really made the tour stand out was the guides Aiben and Mindel. With high spirits, warm humor and knowledge about the Inka trail they made the trek unforgettable. We can definitely recommend AB Expedition.

We had a great time on the Inca Trail tour. Our guides, Aiben and Mindel, were both knowledgeable and managed the trip well. They ensured everyone had a good time and got to each campsite safety. The porters and chef did an amazing job of setting up the campsite each day and lunch spot. The food was incredible. To top it off, we were the first group through sun gate, benefiting from a clear view of Machu Picchu before the clouds. Unforgettable experience.

An incredible 3-night, 4-day Inca Trail experience! Our guides, Mindel and Aiben, were highly professional and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We enjoyed delicious meals three times a day and felt thoroughly pampered throughout the trek. Of course, none of this would have been possible without the hardworking chef and porters, whose efforts were truly appreciated. Despite some challenging sections along the trail, the journey was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend AB Expedition for anyone planning to hike the Inca Trail and visit Machu Picchu!

This was a great (but tough) tour. Our guides Aiben and Mindel were great and attentive and the rest of the staff also made the experience very nice. Food and tents were great so all in all a recommendable tour☀️

The food was absolutely incredible, I can’t believe what the chef managed to prepare for our meals. We were so well fed we didn’t lose any weight even with all the hiking. The equipment and scheduling was great, everything was well planned and went as smoothly as possible. Wouldn’t change a thing, thanks!

An unforgettable experience, our guide Yiyo was always very attentive to everyone and had an excellent sense of humor until the end. The entire team made the experience unforgettable; the best food in Peru was prepared by chef Sergio. The porters are very respectful people and ready to help with everything. Loved the whole experience! It is rare that an experience exceeds your expectations. Our guide Yiyo was fabulous from the get go. Informative, knowledgable, funny and the reason our group bonded so well. Sergio our chef served up the best food on our 4 week trip so far. Food was plenty, healthy and different each meal. Could not rave enough. Communication from the start was accurate, precise and informative. If I could give the team 6 stars I would. Special mention to our porter Gregorio too… never stopped smiling !

We had a fantastic experience with AB expeditions travelling to Machu Picchu via the famous Inca Trail. Our guide Yiyo and chef Sergio with his amazing team of porters made our experience one to never forget. We learnt so much about the trail and the various Inca ruins thanks to our guides expertise. At the end of the trip we began to feel like a family with our other team members as well as the wider porter and chef team. A truly unforgettable experience and one we would recommend to anyone. Thank you Yiyo, Sergio, our porters and AB expeditions.

My brother and I did a private four day Inka Trail hike. Our tour company was AB Expiditions. We had a great experience. Our tour guide was Elias. He was fantastic. We are not the most experienced hikers, but Elias was patient with us. Also, he had a great sense of humor and was great at sharing the history of the Inka, Trail, and Machu Picchu. He was very helpful in navigating our travel and he stayed with us for the complicated bus ride, train, ride, and shuttle back to our hotel in Cusco. Our chef was Nick, and the food was fantastic way above expectations. The entire crew pampered us throughout the way. The tents were always set up prior to our arrival at the campsite and all our needs were met, including things like having warm water available for washing our faces and coffee delivered tent side in the morning. All in all, this was a great trip and a highly recommend both our tour guide Elias and AB Expiditions.
