Average. Uncomfortable and overcrowded buses. Hotel didn't serve breakfast and not much choice around to find one. For third day supposed to pack lunch but also hard to find since the hotel is far from the centre. Every day was "suggested" to give a 12$ tip to the guide, which felt unnecessary.

We understand how this may have impacted your comfort. Regarding the hotel, many properties in Banff are located in the hotel district, which is about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping and dining areas.
