AWFUL experience. We were cruise passengers and clearly told our guide we had to be back at the port by 5 PM. He assured us there would be no problem, yet the tour ran so far behind schedule that we were forced to abandon it and pay €250 for a taxi to avoid missing our Royal Caribbean cruise. Even worse, the guide falsely claimed that WE were late, despite the evidence we provided. Viator’s “investigation” was completely inadequate and simply relied on the guide’s version of events. Unacceptable service and zero accountability. We expect a full refund AND reimbursement of our €250 taxi expense. Booking #1444821865 DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ON A CRUISE.

The sights were beautiful but the guide barely spoke English and she read off a sheet the entire day, we spent way too much time in the bus. Not enough time in the cities. Spent way too much money to ride a bus for 5+ hours.

The ride over the mountains to the Amalfi coast was a hoot. Twisty/turney narrow road with terrific views. And then you get to the Amalfi coast and the scenery is breathtaking. The driver was fantastic and the guide was informative and organized. Could not have asked for more.

Beautiful sightseeing. Booked from cruise ship and guides were conscious of time constraints. We usually take bus or alternative transportation but unless you have unlimited time and crazy driving skills leave this to those who know. Roads, parking, and congestion are notorious. Our driver was a rock star and both were very helpful.

It was a great tour around the Amalfi Coast. It’s a lot to take in but happy we got to see Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Dany our guide was very clear with communicating where to meet at the Naples port.

Stunning views and very crowded in September. Daniella was very informative and Salvatore was a skilled driver on the winding roads.

This is a great tour and goes all the way to Amalfi. However there were 7 clients and 2 people from Viator in the van. Daniella gave lots of information and we couldn't hear in the back. There needs to be a microphone for the guide so everyone can hear. Other than that the tour was great. Everyone was very kind

Guide spoke in broken english, and not very good at explaining what we were seeing, the historical significance. People should be warned lots of winding roads up and down mountains. We spent half the trip in the van driving.
