When we arrived there was an Irish fella who was kicking off because they would not give him back his deposit as he had had a bit of fun on his quad - it sounded like he wiggled the back end a couple of times, and another pair for going too fast who lost their deposit as well. Endless reminders throughout the briefing where we were constantly told we were not to speed, not to do anything outside what we had signed for. Small print also says you loose the deposit even on a no damage accident. The tour we had booked was for the 3.5hr one. Even though the booking classed anybody over the age of 7 was a adult, it is in the very fine print that the physical driving license was required by anyone driving. I was taking myself, a 11yr and two 16yr olds. As it is 2 people to a quad I was the only one who could drive. In the end I got a 4 seater buggy on a 1.5 hour tour. Not what I had ordered. We never went over 50kph, and most of it was at 35kph and we had to say 3 to 5 meters apart. On the baron wasteland section I couldn't see the buggy in front for all the dust and I was getting the dust in my eyes and mouth so I dropped back a little. Procession stopped twice as I was over 5 meters away. I'm not tailgating a vehicle I couldn't see. We went past a concrete works, onto a dual carriageway (hence why we needed driving licenses) and a few posh houses on our way to a castle (which was closed) and a Roman bridge that you could see in the distance. Really was not worth £200 (+£300 deposit) for what we got, though thankfully I got my deposit back. Lastly, as we had to go on a lot of roads, the ones on the quads in our group were on completely bald tyres, like slick bald. Also I bought a bandana for £5 but I got charged £5.45 as they passed the card machine fees onto me. EU law says that's illegal. Overall it was a joke of a afternoon.

Too much road driving, would have been better with more off road

Horrible experience! We came yesterday at our scheduled time and they kicked us out because they wanted us to arrive 45 minutes early to give safety explanations and other things, and they forced us to pay half again so as not to lose the initial money. We arrived at the time they told us and no one shows up here nor do they explain anything; yesterday we could have done the excursion but they kicked us out to take our money. It is a scam

bought tickets which cost 58.02$ added a person for another 58.02$ which i though is for 2 quad bikes came to the location told me i requested 1 quad for 2 people we ended up getting the same package for another 100 euros. no offers of refunds whatsoever definitely the worst customer service i got during my trip. Now for the ride this is my 3rd ATV activity, rode it Pismo beach California and Bohol Philippines, this portugal one is by far the most restrictive, i might be more on the adrenaline junkie side so it might defer for other people. if its your first time and would like it mellow this might be for you. the guide was the only thing pleasant during this activity

Avoid at all costs quad kept breaking down had to push start it got left behind by the person taking the experience paid 100 deposit which they took money out for a plate on the quad which was already broke rude staff beautiful views of the area but staff need retraining in customer care and quads that don't break down avoid at all costs and lok at other companies doing the same sort of activity

5 stars, highly recommend if you enjoy quad biking. Me and my 21 year old son done the 3 hour tour and although it had been raining heavily I think it made it even better. Would suggest taking a change of clothes. Would do it again for sure.

Completely misleading, you do not get a quad per person, it is 2 persons for 1 quad. This is not communicated until you receive the voucher which is within the 24 hour no cancellation period.

Off-road is not really the word we spend a lot of time on the road in the end. Catch tourists because what we don’t tell you is that over the 3h30 we take 3 breaks, one in a botanical garden to buy spices and another to go to a Portuguese bar. Let’s not talk about the extreme slowness we went along the way.... For quad biking in other countries with the same principle this activity is disappointing (fortunately the only one of our holidays).

Mega coole Quad Tour💪. Matteus was a great tour guide and we had a lot of fun. Everything was very well organized and the routes were also very varied. We are looking forward to the new location and would love to come back!
