The safety briefing was comprehensive and thorough, in fact safety was the number one priority for the whole trip. We visited a castle, an organic farm and a popular local swimming area with cafe. The trails were varied ( and dusty!) with bumps but throughout our guide, Francisco, was knowledgeable and engaging. If you haven't experienced any off road driving then as a 78 year old driver, I cannot recommend it enough.

Thank you Rúben, our guide who was exceptional. It is a great moment to share with your loved ones. Between sensations and discovering hidden spots, we had a wonderful 3-hour morning on a quad. We will return.

Yesterday we took a 4 bike ride with the Algarve Raiders and it was simply amazing! We love the experience. The staff was super friendly and professional from the beginning, explained everything calmly and made us always feel safe. I want to leave a special thanks to the monitor Francisco, who was extremely patient and attentive to me, at first I had some difficulty getting out with the bike from the park, even after the first explanation, and he had the sympathy to explain to me again with all the calm. From then on I felt much more comfortable. The route through the area of Paderne is spectacular, with off-road trails, beautiful landscapes and a lot of adrenaline mixed. One of the highlights was the stop in the middle of the walk, next to a kind of “laguna” a quiet and perfect place to relax a little, take photos and enjoy nature. The whole experience was very well organized. It was a perfect combination of fun and adventure. We recommend 100%! No doubt an experience to repeat in other options that exists in the Algarve Raiders. Thank you to the Algarve Raiders team for this amazing day!

3 hours of quad excursion with Rùben our guide. Very nice excursion, guaranteed thrills and Rùben is very professional, speaks very good French, very human and allowed us to discover beautiful places. Rùben has adapted to our conduct and he is very attentive, he explained the safety rules very well and enriched us with his knowledge of all the places visited. I highly recommend this experience with Rùben.

It was an overall great experience. We’ve gone on several ATV tours. The landscape was limited but I think the tour did their best with choosing the stops and creating a fun environment with some culture and history.

The overall experience was great, our tour did start an hour late as we had a massive group of buggies starting at the same time. Our guide was Francisco, he explained everything to us really well on how to drive the quad as it was our first time. I would definitely recommend the 3 hrs, it goes by so fast! You visit one of the castles and get told the history of it and stop for a water break, afterwards you visit a local farm and the last stop is in a village for some food, water and toilet break. For sure buy yourself a bandana from their store 3 euros, unless you want to eat dirt! Its a mixture of on road and off roading on brown/orange terain so you'll be covered in dust by the end of it! This experience is one that everyone needs to do when visiting the Algarve!!! going into it we just assumed it would be just quad biking off road, but it was so much more! Our tour guide, Fransisco was so lovely and was very knowlagable about the places we got to visit. He made sure we were very well looked after through the whole thing even providing us with water! First stop was a castle with a gorgeous view of the hills paderne bridge. we then went to a farm called “The Goji farm” where we got to try a lovely selection of jams and organic honey along with a small shot of alcohol made at the farm! Here there was also some very cute animals that you are able to feed. The last stop on the tour was on to the oldest town in the Algarve. It was beautiful and myself and my friend really enjoyed the local culture in all of these locations. and the quad biking was AMAZINGGGG!!!!! be aware if you are sharing a quad there is an extra charge of €15 if you both want to ride and €100 deposit per quad which is fully refundable after your tour.
